The Women Behind it
Who Are the Dietitians Behind Roots Reboot?
We are two, twenty-somethin’ Registered Dietitian Nutritionists
that believe in the power of delicious, high-quality, wholesome food.
Our friendship all started in D.C. where a girl from Houston, TX and a girl from Sterling, VA endured a year-long dietetic internship together and instantly became close friends.
What are we all about?
Although we both come from different roots and have different interests, our health mission has always been the same. Our passion to create something authentic, ahead of its time and inspiring in the nutrition field lead us to starting Roots Reboot.
We are excited to share our love and knowledge of health and culinary nutrition while educating you on
why FOOD MATTERS AND HOW IT can reboot your life.

- In addition to RDN credentialing, many states have regulatory licensure laws for dietitians and nutrition practitioners.
