Frequently Asked Questions
📅 What if I can’t make a class?
Please let us know by Wednesday before your Sunday session (at least 4 days in advance) if you’re unable to attend live, so we can plan accordingly.
For membership and self-pay clients: There’s no penalty if you can’t attend live. Every class is recorded, and you’ll still receive full access to the class recording, recipes, and grocery list so you can prep on your own time.
For insurance-based clients: Insurance requires live attendance for coverage. If you’re unable to attend the live session, the class will no longer be insurance-covered and a self-pay no-show fee applies. You’ll still receive the recorded class and full meal prep plan for that session — nothing is lost, it simply shifts to self-pay for that class.
👩🍳 Do I need to be an experienced cook?
Nope! The classes are approachable for all skill levels. You’ll get live, step-by-step guidance, time-saving tips, and flexible ingredient swaps (including dietary-friendly options).
You’ll also have support both from me and the online group community — you can ask questions along the way, and you’re always welcome to direct message me. Each class is an opportunity to learn, practice, and build confidence in the kitchen, and there are always a mix of skill levels in the group (so you’re not doing this alone).

- Freezer-safe, microwave-safe, and oven-safe containers (when possible)
🥗 What if I have dietary needs or preferences?
You’ll have access to me as your personal dietitian before each class. If you have specific dietary needs or preferences, you can let me know in advance and I’ll recommend swaps, suggest ingredient alternatives, or provide an adjusted recipe for that category. This way, you’ll not only get meals that work for you—you’ll also learn how to adapt recipes with confidence.
💳 Is this covered by insurance?
In many cases, yes. If you’re a new client, you can apply to see if your sessions are fully covered. If not, self-pay options are available and start as low as $25 for your first class.
