What’s the Sunday Reboot?
A 60-minute, dietitian-led, community powered cooking class that helps you meal prep smarter — not harder.
You’ll spend every other Sunday prepping meal components like proteins, starches, breakfast and fun extras, not just repeating the same recipes.
Get new skills, real flexibility (choices and swaps), and community support so you can build meals you love and feel confident about.
What We Cook Each Class:
In every live session, we’ll prep 4 recipes together:
🥣 A breakfast that’s high-protein, high-fiber for busy mornings
🍗 A protein source to help you meet your goals
🍠 A starch source to boost fiber + fuel your week
🌟 A wild card recipe, such as: a dip, sauce, snack, or dessert
All recipes are dietitian-approved,
flexible for your dietary needs (GF, vegetarian, etc.),
and come with grocery lists, remix ideas, and macro breakdowns.

The Schedule
Each term includes 6 live, online sessions — but you don’t have to commit to them all! You can choose to join 1, 2, 4, or all 6 classes based on your plan.
Simply select the dates that work best for you when you sign up. (If a class is full, you’ll be added to the waitlist or can choose another date.)
Class Time: Sundays 7:00–8:00 PM EST, every other week
Where: online, live cooking in your own kitchen

Frequently Asked Questions
📅 What if I can’t make a class?
Please let me know at least 4 days before the session so we can fill your spot. There’s no fee with advance notice. If notice is given after that window, a cancellation fee applies.
If you purchased a single class, 2-class pack, or 4-class pack, you can reschedule for another date within the same term’s schedule (subject to availability).
👩🍳 Do I need to be an experienced cook?
Nope! The classes are approachable for all skill levels. You’ll get step-by-step guidance, time-saving tips, and flexible ingredient swaps.

🥗 What if I have dietary needs or preferences?
You’ll have access to me as your personal dietitian before each class. If you have specific dietary needs or preferences, you can let me know in advance and I’ll recommend swaps, suggest ingredient alternatives, or provide an adjusted recipe for that category. This way, you’ll not only get meals that work for you—you’ll also learn how to adapt recipes with confidence.
💳 Is this covered by insurance?
In many cases, yes. If you’re a new client, you can apply to see if your sessions are fully covered. If not, self-pay options are available and start as low as $24 for your first trial class.
